Summer Belayer

Overview

You’ll primarily work with our summer camps for kids—belaying young climbers, supervising activities, leading games, and helping create a fun, safe, and engaging environment. From managing group dynamics to assisting with climbing instruction, you play a key role in making camp a memorable experience for every participant.

Occasionally, you’ll also host climbing parties and events. The routes are ready, the table is set, and the guests are arriving! Your enthusiastic, positive, and welcoming approach motivates participants to follow your lead. You ensure that each guest is checked in with the Front Desk Staff and fitted with climbing gear. Once the group is gathered in the Party Room, you instruct, train, and get the party climbing. Your passion for working with groups shines through in your encouragement and awareness, inviting everyone to participate and feel included.
