Grand Opening Rates & Times

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session. This gives you time to complete your waiver, check your attire, and watch the orientation video. Sessions begin every 30 minutes.

Friday: 4 pm-10pm

Saturday: 10am-10pm

Sunday: 12pm-6pm

Full Course Pass

$30/session

  • Explore all levels of the ropes course at your own pace

  • Available for ages 8 or older

  • Must be 48” or taller to participate

  • 2-hour self-guided session with a required safety and equipment orientation before you begin

Playground Pass

$25/session

  • Explore the first level of the ropes course at your own pace

  • Available for kids ages 4-7

  • Must be 30” to 48” tall to participate

  • 2-hour self-guided session with a required safety and equipment orientation before you begin

  • Gloves are optional but recommended for comfort.

  • Phones are only allowed on the course with an approved lanyard attachment, which you can purchase at the front desk.

Participant Requirements While On The Course

  • A signed waiver is required for all participants.

    • Minors must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf.

  • Mandatory orientation

    • All participants must complete a safety orientation before accessing the ropes course.

  • Closed-toed shoes required

    • Closed-toe, closed-heeled, fully enclosed, tight-fitting shoes are required. Sandals, Crocs, flip-flops, or slip-ons are NOT allowed.

  • No gum, candy, or food

  • Jewelry must be removed

  • Gloves are RECOMMENDED for use on the ropes course

    • Gloves can be purchased at the front desk for $5

  • Hair must be tied back

    • Long hair should be secured to prevent it from getting caught in the gear or obstacles.

  • Pockets must be emptied

    • Phones, wallets, keys, and other loose items must be stored before entering the course.

    • You may take your phone on the course with the purchase of a phone lanyard from the front desk for $5

  • For your safety and the safety of others, you may not participate if:

    • You have a pre-existing medical condition that could require immediate attention if aggravated by physical activity

    • You have a pacemaker

    • You are pregnant

Supervison Requirements

  • Ages 8–11 must be supervised by someone 16 or older who is on site during their session.

  • Ages 4–7 must be supervised by someone 16 or older who is physically next to them on the ground as they complete the course.

We offer private ropes course events for large parties that meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 20 participants

  • Available Monday through Friday only

  • Must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled event may choose one of the following:

  • Reschedule to a future date

  • Receive credit on your Vertical View account

  • Receive a full refund to your original payment method

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
