Standard Group Rate

  • $20/climber (33% off)

  • $200 minimum payment required.

  • 10 person minimum

Non-Profit Group Rate

  • $15/climber (50% off)

  • No minimum payment required.

  • This rate applies to schools, churches, and other non-profit organizations.

Group Add-Ons

Group Belay On Class

$5/climber

A 1-hour class for climbers 12 years and older who would like to learn how to belay.

Belayer

$20/hr per belayer

You may request multiple belayers. Belayers must be booked for a minimum of 2 hours. We recommend roughly 1 belayer per 5-8 climbers. Scroll down to see all the belaying options!

Space Rental

$50/hr per space

Tables, tablecloths, chairs, and paper goods included. 

Group Details

  • For groups of 10-30 non-member climbers. Spectators are free.

  • One payment per group. Full payment must be made at the Front Desk upon arrival.

  • WITH add-ons: 14 day advance reservation is required.

  • WITHOUT add-ons: 24-hour advance reservation is required.

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required.

  • If you need a sooner date, reach out to us at bookings@verticalview.com and we will do our best to make it happen. 

  • Walk-in groups DO NOT qualify for group rates.

FAQ

  • Yes! Come in ahead of time and take the 1 hour Belay On Course! Or if you already know how to belay, you can take our top rope belay test at the front desk to get certified.



  • Belaying is the process of using a rope and a belay device to mitigate the risks taken in the event of a climber’s fall. We offer a 1 hour Belay On course that provides you with the knowledge necessary to belay properly. If you are already confident in belaying, you can test off with our front desk staff and receive your top rope belay tag.

  • The 1 hour Belay On Class will teach you all of the basics of belaying. With a climbing partner, you will have access to all of the roped climbs in the gym. Without the ability to belay, you still have access to the auto-belay and bouldering climbing areas.

  • We recommend roughly 1 belayer per 5 climbers. However, with our auto-belays and bouldering area, your group might need fewer belayers depending on their climbing interests. Belayers must be booked for a minimum of 2 hours.
