Complete daily cleaning tasks and assess gym cleanliness issues as needed

Ensure critical guest check-in procedures are performed through the Capitan software
Educate guests on merchandise and complete sales transactions
Promote and educate guests on memberships and other programs and offerings
Perform floor walks, looking for proper techniques and addressing concerns
Teach instructional classes, make follow-up observations and corrections, and be versed in risk management
Front Desk Requirements
Part-time position
18 years of age or older preferred
Must be available to work 18 hours per week minimum with the flexibility to work nights and weekends
Customer service and retail experience, climbing-specific preferred
Must be top rope certified before the first training shift and lead belay certified within the first month
Willing to participate in and learn all industry-standard training provided by Vertical View instructors
CPR/First Aid certification is provided by Vertical View
Physical Requirements
Physical ability to respond and react quickly and efficiently within the facility
Must be able to perform all movements relating to belaying and belay instruction
Participate and show proper climbing technique
Carry/lift up to 25 lbs and stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time
Physical fitness is required in order to participate in classes and show participants proper climbing techniques
