Marketing and Media Manager
Overview
Manage Vertical View’s website and social media channels by creating engaging content for both digital platforms and in-house marketing efforts. Provide reporting and analytics for campaigns, and ensure consistent branding, tone, and messaging across all platforms and materials.

-Oversee day-to-day marketing operations and maintain consistent brand standards.
-Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that attract and retain customers
-Direct and manage both internal and external communication strategies.
-Design or supervise the creation of all marketing assets and visuals.
-Produce short-form videos and photo content for social media and web design efforts.
-Photograph/video events and activities for storytelling and community engagement.
-Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for continued growth.

-Keep marketing procedures, policies, and materials current.
-Stay within agreed-upon budgets and project timelines.
-Research competitors and trends to position the brand effectively.

-Maintain the marketing schedule and enforce deadlines for all campaigns and events.

Marketing Requirements
-Part-time | 20 hrs weekly | On-site position
-Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
-Experience in short-form video production and editing (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro)
-Photography and editing experience (Lightroom Classic)
-Familiarity with the climbing industry/community is preferred
-Experience managing social media platforms and analyzing engagement (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)
-Proficiency with Meta Ad Manager, Google My Business, Mailchimp, Squarespace, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent organization and time management; able to work independently with sound judgment
